When, where

When the mind is playing tricks
when you cannot trust what you see
when it is dark where you are going
and there is no one there but me

When all hope is drifiting
when all positive thoughts dwell
when you think you lost it all
and there is no turning back

Then the road takes you
to a level, high as a star
and you see a new beginning
from exactly where you are

Learning through the dark times
with love and support
you just have to believe
in yourself and in your friends

That is what I learnt so far
and look where I am now
taking one step further every day
never knowing the direction...
